TiSolutions

This is my first attempt to discuss the solutions to the way of learning and understanding things.
Teaching is an art by itself and i realised that it could be well done by providing examples and quoting instances of the reallife scenario.

Shankar and Savithri are wonderful WASIANS whom i know for sometime. On the 17th of September 2009 Savithri came along and requested if i could teach them Banker's Alogorithm. Well its been half a decade since i have had a look at my OS book. Little did i realise that my imagination would unfold to an extent where i could make things very simple for the folks to understand what algo is all about.
I started reading through this ppt and to my shock i found it as bad as bret lee's bouncers initially some quotations in the ppt said what a need content is about ..it goes Need content N(i,j) is a value K which is the number of instance required for a process to be completed, who knows what this N(i,j) and K is ..by this time i had a few birds pecking on my grey matter which is really scarce, it took sometime and then get back to this interesting yet complex and as heavy as a minhar(thats what gauls threw on the Romans) like problem.
Now comes the best part ..

Learings of Life

Sept 2nd 2009:

Learnings of the day:

Never Bargain on the price of a commodity sold by an elderly person who should be at home enjoying with his/her granchildren instead of selling commodities to make his/her living.

This i realised while i was talking to my Dad about why not we ask the flower vendor to give us the flowers every day and we pay her in one shot at the end of each month this way we would be saving on the extra cost incurred on flowers on special occasions. Dad just shot back saying , the old lady who delivers flowers has a daughter whom she has to take care of as the husband of her daughter has left her.
